Building More Than Roofs

We Believe Business Can Do More Than Make a Profit.

Our Why

Protecting What Matters Most

At KJC Roofing, our job is to protect what matters most to our customers—their homes, their families, and their investments.

But we believe a successful business can protect something else, too:

The opportunity for someone else to have a better future.

That's why a portion of KJC Roofing's proceeds supports Many Hopes, an organization working to rescue children from slavery, trafficking, abuse, and abandonment and equip them with the education, care, and opportunities they need to become adults who can create change in their own communities.

Our Why

A story that started with a child

James Kofi Annan

In Ghana, Many Hopes supports local efforts to rescue children who have been trafficked into forced labor in the fishing industry on Lake Volta.

One of the leaders of this work, James Kofi Annan, knows this reality personally.

James was trafficked into slavery at the age of six. After escaping at 13, he went on to pursue his education and eventually became a banker.

But he didn't forget the children who remained behind.

He returned to the lake to help rescue others.

Today, he leads efforts to help children escape the same system he once endured.

His story represents the heart of Many Hopes' mission:

"Survivors can become the people who help change the future for others."
