"This is the second time that we have hired KJC Roofing. Once for my daughter‘s house and for my own. Each time the crew was very professional. They thoroughly inspected the roofs and made recommendations as to necessary repairs. When they were done, they cleaned up the premises and washed down the area. We were very pleased with the work we received and would definitely recommend them."

"Kelly is wonderful to connect with! She’s professional, kind, and personable. It’s always a pleasure working with her!"

"After telling three roofers to hit the road for the lack of integrity we were blessed when we found KJC ROOFING by word-of-mouth from a successful builder here in Laguna Beach. Randy demonstrated all of our criteria for a successful experience. Nothing hidden, being truthful and honest, working from an empowering context, doing complete work as it was meant to be done or better without cutting corners! No chaos! KJC ROOFING start to finish. We had our old roof demoed and new roof on including gutters in less than a week at a fair price. Everyone showed up exactly when they said they would and they were very clean and professional. We could not be more pleased and I would highly recommend Randy Holmes and KJC Roofing."

"We had a wonderful experience with KJC Roofing. Kelly and Randy were responsive and communicative throughout the process. We started with repair of a leak, and then had them also replace the underlying waterproofing on our 30+year old roof and install Vulcan fire-rated, fire-resistantdormer vents. The crew was professional and responsible, and did a great job. We highly recommend!"

"Very impressed! The Owner Randy was very "hands on" when he personally came to quote our Roof! He climbed up and reviewed the roof for about 30 minutes, and asked the right questions! We already had 2 other quotes. We discussed my goals and he was spot-on on completing everything we wanted. His Team was excellant and cleaned up after every days progress. We were completely satisfied with the results and would highly recommend KJC to anyone (incuding Family!)"

The team was very prompt, friendly, responsive, and detailed in the work. They not only explained what was being done but also explained the reasons that were causing the issues. It was very apparent they care about their customers! They were very patient and helpful in answering our questions. Their quality of work is outstanding. "Kelly, the manager, is great: organized, following up on every question I had, on top of everything. The job was done quickly, professionally, very high quality, on time. Crew was highly professional. Highly recommend this company."

"The experience with KJC roofing was very good. I had a roof leak and some broken tiles that they repaired. They also cleaned my gutters and put in a downspout strainer to keep debris from going into my drains. One area of the gutters they fixed as the water was not flowing. They were responsive to my initial request and communicated well in the timing of my repair. The repairs seemed reasonable. The billing and payment was simple. The only issue was that on one of the repairs they showed up to do the work with no notice and luckily it worked out. I recommend KJC Roofing."

"I found KJC Roofing to be very transparent, easy to work with, and a crew that was very skilled and dedicated to doing a good job. Kelly was great at keeping me up to date on their progress and when they finished up everything was clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!"

"Just had roof repairs done by KJC Roofing! It’s rare to have a seamless and pleasant upfront experience with contractors but believe me, this was a pleasant and effective experience. Walter was the technician who assessed and did the repair and showed me pictures all along the way. From start to finish the work was done quickly, professionally and satisfactorily. I would highly recommend KJC and plan to use them in the future for our roofing needs. Thank you Randy, Walter, and Kelly!"

That never happens, but Randy is so honest and his crew is very clean. Would definitely recommend KJC roofing for any of your roofing needs."

"The KJC team did excellent work replacing a skylight for us and providing expert opinions after another roofing company did very poor work on a repair. KJC was responsive, diligent, and tidy in their work, I would use them again for any future needs."

"A perfect experience! I’ve owned homes for 30 years and this is the best home improvement experience I’ve had. Company is very professional and prompt. You will be incredibly happy if you go with KJC!"

"Long overdue review for home roof service in April, 2023 in Aliso Viejo. Highly recommend every aspect of this outstanding company! The entire experience with KJC Roofing was extremely positive. Kelly was extremely responsive, patient, helpful, knowledgeable in explaining options, and ensured all details were handled; overall: excellent customer service. Particularly noteworthy during a stressful, rainy/windy time when most other roofers were not even returning calls. She sent a worker within a day to identify leak and tarp the roof temporarily. She set expectations from the start about timing for the chosen full roof underlayment work, then went out of her way to find a way to fit it in sooner than anticipated. Cost was quite reasonable. The crew was extremely competent, professional and produced quality results."

"We were fortunate to have selected KJC Roofing for our reroofing project. They exceeded our expectations from our initial contact with Kelly to the signing off of our building permit. Kelly diligently worked with us to find the right roofing tile and navigated all the red tape to get our project through the city planning, building, and coastal commission. Randy explained and guided us through the project and followed up on all our concerns and necessary changes. They even finished earlier than promised. We could not be any happier with the job they did for us and would highly recommend KJC Roofing. Thank you, Kelly and Randy. I will definitely contact you with any additional roofing projects."

"We just had Randy and KJC roofing complete a full repair and tile relayand felt underlay process for our entire roof. The job went seamlessly from start to finish starting with randy assessing our roof and giving as a very complete and detailed assessment of what was needed to be done. we have three other bids, all very comparable although Randy's explanation and full inspection of our roof won us over. he and his team started promptly on the day we discussed and ended on the anticipated finished day. His workers were here every morning at 8 AM and finished by 4:30 to 5 cleaned & up their mess. They were very focused and mannerly. The inspections with the city went well... and when completed Randy and his team power washed the roof very thoroughly and made it look all even and clean.... Looks like a brand new roof! we would highly recommend KJC and Randy. He was very caring, knowledgeable, attentive and Comfortable to work with."

"Working with KJC ROOFING’s Kelly was thoroughly delightful. She was easy to deal with. The workers did a completely satisfactory job and was done without any unnecessary delays. I recommend this roofing company highly."

"Our home roof needed to be replaced. After several bids, we decided to go with KJC Roofing. We are so grateful we did. Our experience with them exceeded our expectations. Randy was honest, professional and very personable to work with. And they completed the job within a timely matter! I would highly recommend!"

"My experience with KJC Roofing was nothing but outstanding. I would recommend anyone that has a room addition or sun room/enclosed patio and lives in the Laguna Woods Village to strongly consider them. A real person answers the phone, maintains excellent communication, and I cannot say enough about their outstanding service. I have let the owners know that I would be happy to answer email questions from residents in the Laguna Woods Village because I am an VERY happy customer! Alan T"

"Really pleasant to work with. Helpful and honest. Highly recommend."

"Had Randy quote a previous job early 2020 when he worked with a different partner. (I didn't use him for my job but his quote was very professional and he was very responsive. Just a bit higher than we wanted. Referred him to a friend to re-roof and Cathedral City gravel flat roof and know that it went really well). Called him up for fixing 3 vents that were removed during a remodel. I provided the shingles and underlayment (left over from a previous job). Randy had 3 guys out the same day he quoted the job. The guys knocked it out in 15 minutes. Cost was the same as I was quoted by the general contractor doing my kitchen remodel. I preferred have roofing guys do the work as the general was going to have one of the youngsters on his crew do the work. We have a very low slope roof - not sealing it well would be a problem! Will turn to Randy when I have to tackle the separate garage."

"Had KJC roofing demo old wood siding and replace with stucco including waterproofing/underpayment, patch stucco where needed, and paint. Job well-done. Randy and team were professional, responsive, helpful."

"Having worked with Randy and his team in the past, I called Randy for help to install a flashing for a bathroom exhaust fan. His friendly team arrived as scheduled and did a great job in a short time. I do strongly recommend them for your future roofing needs no matter what size of a job is needed."

"As a homeowner for a long time, I had many experience with the roofers, but my expertise with Roger and Walter from KJC was way beyond my expectation. Their diligence work and time to repair our roof was not seen before. As a customer I highly highly recommend them for any roofing job that you need and like me you will be surprised by their dedication to perform excellent job. Thank you KJC, Roger & Walter"

"KJC roofing replaced my roof and added fire protection vents. Their bid was substantially cheaper than other roofers for the same exact project. They were quick, efficient responsive. They listened to all our our questions and concerns and addressed them all. We can’t recommend KJC highly enough. It was a pleasure working with them."

"KJ roofing helped us with a major leak issue. They were responsive and put a tarp on our roof before a huge rain storm. We have not had any more leaks. Kelly is so responsive and helpful. You are in good hands with KJ roofing!"

"In replacing the tar paper on my neighbour’s roof, Randy noticed some loose tiles on my roof. He had his workers fixing them and waived a very low estimate charge. Thanks Randy and Michelle!🙏🏼"

"Randy and his crew with KJC Roofing were fantastic, our roof repair went so smoothly and quickly, from making the appointment to finishing up the job in a timely manner. They were responsive, professional, courteous, full of information and recommendations. One of the best contractors we have worked with. Randy and his crew have done an exceptional job. Thank you very much."

"We have worked with Randy and his crew twice. Every time the work has been excellent, the pricing very fair, and customer service great. I would highly recommend KJC roofing to anyone. You won't be dissapointed. "

"Owners are super responsive and timely and they do what they say at the price that they quote! Will definitely use them again. "

"Our experience with KJC Roofing was awesome! They were so professional & educated us on on our roof situation & options. We are really happy we went with them! "

"This company does a very thorough job honest goes above and customer service highly suggest getting your roof done through them you will not be disappointed "

"Really appreciated the fast response. It's hard to get people to respond these days and yet KJC Roofing was right there with very competitive pricing. The owner, Randy, really seems to know his business and was very knowledgeable. I would recommend them 100% "

"You guys are amazing - so glad I found you. Fast, efficient and fair. You do what you say you will do, so rare these days especially around here. Really appreciate their fast response time and real competitive estimates. The owner, Randy, has a real attention to detail and does some amazing quality work. Highly recommend you give them a try! Thanks again! "

"Family owned & operated. Do a good job assessing your situation & giving you different options. Great people & quality experiences. "

"Excellent work and very reasonable pricing. Randy was very clear and helpful throughout, and when we encountered some termite damage, he was extremely considerate and helpful in getting that taken care of with minimal fuss. His team were very courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone needing work done on their roof, or even asking for a quote - Randy was very knowledgeable and helpful even before we decided to proceed. There was no sales pressure from him. "

"I called this company when I found a leak during these terrible rains. They were able to come out quickly to cover the problem until they were able to return to make the repairs. They were professional, fairly priced and I was pleased with the results. Thank you KJC! "

"I was very pleased with the work done, for I saw how hard the men worked on my roof, repairing and making it look new again!"

"KJC Roofing is a customer oriented company that goes the extra mile. Randy is service oriented and kind. He and his team were efficient and the job was well done. Randy was able to answer my questions and always responded to my calls quickly and was on the job site regularly. Heather N. nailed it in her review when she said, "...what makes KJC a joy to work with is their care for your satisfaction is up and above a business transaction." I would highly recommend Randy and Kelly and their crew. "

"We would like to add KJC Roofing to our list of outstanding companies we had the pleasure of dealing with in 2023. Our roofing job was complicated with a Termite infestation that was hidden beneath the Vinyl soffits we had installed several years ago. Randy Holmes (co-owner) was able to identify the options and prepare a comprehensive quotation to solve the situation. We decided to redo our 40 plus year old roof rather than just fix the Termite problem. The job was completed within the original quote with the exception of a small item we were aware might occur. This can be a rare occurrence as "Change Orders" can balloon the cost of project beyond the original quote. Again, we would like to highly recommend KJC Roofing for any related roofing job you may have. Kelly Holmes also provided the interface between the City of Mission Viejo and the our project and kept us informed."

"We loved our experience with KJC roofing! Trust worthy and quality work! Would definitely recommend them! They ROCK! "

"I live in the Laguna Woods Village and utilized the services of KJC Roofing to reseal and coat my sun room/enclosed patio in July 2022. My experience was simply outstanding. Their service, regular communication, quality of work, and professionalism was great! They even cleaned my rain gutter! Highly recommend their services! "

"Kelly and team are responsive, informative and willing to accommodate customer needs. He was able to quote me an estimate for my roof in a quick turn around and available to repair when ready. I would highly recommend him and his team. "

"KJC Roofing is a great company that does great work!! They take the time to explain your specific job requirements and give expert advice on the best options...which is expected, but what makes KJC a joy to work with is their care for your satisfaction is up and above a business transaction. I highly recommend and wish more businesses were like them!"

"I had a small dripping leak into my house during the rain and high wind. Kelly was great on the phone and sent two guys to try a repair in-between storms. That didn't stop the leak, so Randy came out to measure for a partial roof replacement. It took MONTHS for their supplier to et the metal out to me, but Kelly and Randy kept me updated. Work day was Saturday...turned out the supplier sent the wrong material. Randy and the crew did an excellent pivot and fixed the leak problem in spite of the wrong stuff. NOW I'm waiting for the supplier to come pick up the unused material. I understand that things are bonkers in the trades now. I always knew what was happening with my project, and everyone at KJC was professional. "

"We highly recommend KJC Roofing. From our first telephone conversation with Kelly in the office to our last conversation with Randy who made sure we were happy with the repairs, they were wonderful. The roof repairs/re-paper was a lot more extensive than anyone expected and took a lot longer, but their crews made sure everything was cleaned up each evening before they left so made it a lot easier to get through it. They were also very transparent with costs and provided pictures of all the repairs that were made. You will definitely be happy if you choose KJC Roofing. "

"When the torrential rain and wind came through on January 11, 2023 it was frightening. The most scary part was the dripping noise that I heard a couple of days later. Then the corner of my bedroom ceiling turned green in an area about 3 feet square. My daughter found KJC Roofing online and Randy came out to look at it. He told me not to sleep in that room and a couple of days later sent two of his workers to repair the dry wall as he patched the roof. There were eight patches so I decided to replace the entire roof. I waited until their schedule opened up and I could get the roof done. They came and completed the new roof on July 25. It looks wonderful, has a ten-year warranty and passed the city inspection with flying colors. The workers were great and cleaned up everything. I would totally recommend KJC Roofing, I know that you would be very pleased with their work. "

"I recently had the pleasure of working with KJC Roofing, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From day one, Kelly, the business manager, was an absolute joy to work with. Her communication, efficiency, knowledge, and overall customer service were top-notch. When I discovered a leak in my roof, I called 4-5 local roofing contractors, desperate for help to prevent further damage before the next round of rainstorms hit. Kelly was the only one who answered the phone and not only sent a worker within 24 hours to patch the roof temporarily but also followed up by sending a worker again to secure the patch before they returned to fix the entire roof. The workers at KJC Roofing are skilled, experienced, courteous, and dependable, which made the experience consistent all the way through. Initially, the leak on the roof caused us some stress, but the experience with KJC roofing fully turned around the situation. We now have peace of mind, knowing that such a reliable and high-quality contractor took care of the issue. I cannot recommend KJC Roofing enough. If you need any kind of roofing work done, look no further than KJC Roofing. Thank you so much to the entire team, and especially to Kelly, for all of their hard work and for making my experience such a positive one!"

"Kelly is AMAZING. I know roofers are in HIGH demand when its raining, but after reaching out to over 8 roofers, Kelly at KJC is the only one who was able to come through! They are quoting the repairs for me to move forward with so once that is complete, I will update with how the install went. "

"This company is AMAZING!! Not only do they do excellent work, the workers are experienced, courteous, and efficient. Randy and Kelly are wonderful people. They are knowledgeable and will take the time to explain their work and go over your project in detail. I would recommend KJC Roofing to anyone and everyone that needs roof repair, chimney repair or a completely new roof. This is a company you can trust and know that they will do an excellent job!"

"I contacted KJC Roofing for the first time for a quote on a roofing repair at my home in Aliso Viejo. The response from Kelly was immediate, the quote very reasonable, and I decided to hire KJC to perform the work. Kelly scheduled Walter, one of their roofing techs, to my home the very next day. The repair was completed to perfection, and Walter was extremely meticulous and experienced. Because of the outstanding communication and service from Kelly, the high standards of workmanship by Walter, and the fact that KJC is fully licensed, bonded and insured, I will never use any other roofer! I already referred KJC to two of my neighbors. They are indeed the best roofing company I have ever worked with, and I will absolutely be calling them in the future to handle any and all of my roofing needs. "

"We decided not to do our roof as we had a side wall problem that is more urgent and needs repair before our roof. kJC was responsive and provided an estimate and we're responsive. "

"Excellent job, thoroughly done, and clean up was efficient and prompt. It was a windy Santa Ana winds Thursday, lost some tiles that hadn't been placed yet, and one fell off the roof and broke a glass table in the back patio. The guys came that morning, cleaned up, and made sure that the area was secure before returning the next day. Pricing was very fair and even deducted the broken glass table, which was no one's fault. Roof good for another decade but would recommend to anyone looking for good quality at a great price and a hard-working, dedicated team of professionals Thank you for your stellar service... follow up was much appreciated."

"I've been very pleased with the tile work completed over a year ago. The team was punctual and professional throughout the installation process. Additionally, their pricing was competitive compared to other companies I considered. Randy is accountable person and I recommended him to many of neighbors. "
