Long overdue review for home roof service in April, 2023 in Aliso Viejo. Highly recommend every aspect of this outstanding company! The entire experience with KJC Roofing was extremely positive. Kelly was extremely responsive, patient, helpful, knowledgeable in explaining options, and ensured all details were handled; overall: excellent customer service. Particularly noteworthy during a stressful, rainy/windy time when most other roofers were not even returning calls. She sent a worker within a day to identify leak and tarp the roof temporarily. She set expectations from the start about timing for the chosen full roof underlayment work, then went out of her way to find a way to fit it in sooner than anticipated. Cost was quite reasonable. The crew was extremely competent, professional and produced quality results.
